I am staying in the vicinity of the place and the first time I visited the place was when it was newly set up. The experience then was a lot better than what I have experienced in recent months. As a mother of two, I first brought my son there when he was 18months old. I was there a little early, about half an hour before the actual opening hours of the resort. Thus I was careful not to disrupt their morning activities too much. However, I found the lady in-charge (presumably the owner) extremely rude and off-putting. This morning, I decided to give the resort another go and brought both my kids there. Again, the offending lady was there and this time our experience was marred when my son offered the apple he was eating to the resident horse. We were told off not so kindly and my children even witnessed her shouting and telling off her worker. Its sad that a place which professes to 'house education, conversation and science programs under one roof' has such poor hospitality and treatment to its 'guests' . Next time, its the zoo for my family, regardless the distance!

This place is like a small interative zoo. My daughter can spends hours there. cheap and good.

you can pay $1-2 for the food to feed the animals.
I would suggest you to buy only carrot and bread which can feed variety of animals, as the rest of the food were very specific to certain animal.
